About a half hour later the youths gather in the parking area by Carroll’s Home improvement, once again the juveniles were skateboarding and being disruptive.  The officers then took in custody four juveniles who were charged with Breach of Peace released to there guardian and given a juvenile court date of April 20, 2007.
