Shelton Police Arrest Three for Sex Registration Charges
On March 23, 2007, The Shelton Detective Division served three arrest warrants in the early morning hours.
The warrants were for Sex Registration charges. During the arrest of one; Joel Bullock of 125 Olson Drive, Ansonia it was revealed that he had marijuana in his possession. Bullock was charged with Failure to Change Address by a Sex Offender. Bullock was released to Ansonia Police Department on a PTA. Ansonia Police was holding two active arrest warrants with a court set bond of $50,000 dollars. The drug charges will also be handled by The Ansonia Police Department.
The second arrestee Joel Santiago (age 26) of 9 Long Hill Avenue, Shelton, was charged with three counts of Registration of Sexual Offenders. Santiago was held on a $10,000 dollar court set bond.
Also arrested was Drew Rosell (age 37) of 12 Maple Street, Apt C; charged with two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Rosell was held on a $10,000 dollar court set bond.
