Prospect Man Arrested on Warrant
On 2/6/2007, Shelton Police Arrested Kevin Stelmaszek, age 37, of Holley Lane in Prospect, on a warrant and charged him with Risk of Injury to a Minor and Breach of Peace in the second degree. Stelmaszek was held on a $5,000.00 court set bond and will be arraigned at Derby Court on 2/20/2007.
According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Stelmaszek was sitting in his vehicle in the White Hills section of Shelton. The affidavit went on to say that Stelmaszek offered a minor child a ride home. The minor was frightened, ran home and told his parents of the incident.
