Shelton/Trumbull Police Investigating Fatal Accident

The Shelton and Trumbull Police Departments are conducting a joint investigation on a two-car fatal accident that occurred at 7:25 AM this morning on Moose Hill Road in Shelton, about 100 feet from the Trumbull line.  Shelton Police can confirm one 14 year old passenger was transported to St. Vincent's Medical Center and pronounced dead.  The male driver of the vehicle she was a passenger in is in serious condition at Bridgeport Hospital.  The driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries. The accident is under investigation.  The name of the victim will be released pending notification of next of kin.
