Shelton/Trumbull Police Investigating Fatal Accident

The Shelton and Trumbull Police Departments are conducting a joint investigation on a two-car fatal accident that occurred at 7:25 AM this morning on Moose Hill Road in Shelton, about 100 feet from the Trumbull line.  Shelton Police can confirm one female passenger was transported to Bridgeport Hospital and pronounced dead.  The male driver of the vehicle she was in is in serious condition.  The driver of the second car was also taken to the hospital for observation.  All victims were transported to Bridgeport Hospital.  The accident is under investigation.  The name of the victim will be released pending notification of next of kin.
