Records Division

Detective Thomas Federowicz Court Liaison, Keeper of the Records

(203) 924-1544 ext. 327

Records Division is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 3:45 P.M.  Most reports are available three working days after the incident.  Please call ahead to check on the status of your report.  Reports where there is an arrest or an arrest pending, will not be available.  The cost of reports is $1.00 a page.

If you are not available to pick up your report, call during normal Records Division hours and we will leave your report in the Communications Center.  These reports can be picked up twenty four hours a day, but you must bring exact change.  You may also send us a self addressed stamped envelope and a check or money order for the exact amount of your report.  WE DO NOT FAX REPORTS.  Accident Reports can now be obtained online at www.docview.us.com.

Records Division is also your resource for permit applications, forms and local criminal record checks.  Many applications and forms are also available on our Forms Page.
